Website and volunteer platform for Vestes Novas, a philanthropic project supporting children, adolescents and young people affected by abandonment and violence.
Vestes Novas is a philanthropic project caring for children, adolescents and young people in vulnerable situations. I worked with them on two fronts.
First, their institutional website in Next.js: the story and mission, activities, team and partners, a transparency section with governance and financial reports, volunteer sign-up and a donation flow that generates a PIX QR code and sends a thank-you email.
Then, as a PUC Minas extension project, a team of five built "2030", a social platform around the UN Sustainable Development Goals so the project can reach new volunteers and partners: profiles for volunteers and organisations, a feed with posts tagged by goal, communities, messaging, volunteer applications approved by the NGO, and BI dashboards.
The code is private, so the screenshots and recordings below show the product in action.
Donors fill a short form and get a PIX QR code instantly, with a thank-you email sent through Resend.
Governance documents, financial reports and compliance links in one place to build trust with donors.
On 2030, volunteers apply through a form and the NGO approves them straight from its profile.
